<VV> Unique fan belt keeper-oner

For me the problem was solved when I started using good quality, cloth wrapped fan belts...  I've used Otto Parts and Continental with perfect success...

Interesting to note, even on my dunebuggy with the reverse rotation engine, which, of course, puts the generator on the slack side of the belt, the belt does not come off.  

However, I do notice at night, during a high rpm hill climb, that the lights dim... :)
