Hi all- this is off-topic, but there's a *little* Cross-over.

A Co-Worker of mine is getting ripped-off on repair work for his
70's vintage VW bug.

The mechanic wants to do an bunch of un-requested work and keep on
piling-on more and more charges....

Does anyone know of a knowledgable and reputable VW mechanic in
the central area of North Carolina (around Raleigh)?
