Anyone can be a target and having your email address used is not an
indication of "hanging with unscrupulous websites".

I'd say don't touch it.
I clicked on it and thankfully, my Anti-Virus software warned me that it's
an attack page.
Paul Fox must hang with some unscrupulous websites......
