I run the eBay online store for Steele Rubber Products.
eBay will NEVER ask for that kind of information.
If you can, take a screenshot of what's popping up and send it in to eBay.
They need to know. Perhaps someone has hacked in and put a worm or other
bug in their display software. If you can't send them a screenshot, send
them an e-mail and describe what is coming up in detail. If their system
checks out, then a phisher has a bug in YOUR computer.
Either way, don't send eBay that kind of information. They don't need it and
will be the first to tell you that.
