I learned on a 3 on the tree Furd truck, I won't belittle some of the Fords,
ever see the Thunderbolt, very cool race cars. Can't make fun of Ford
either, they are making money without help, for all we know they could be
the last American company we have in the future.

I learned to drive three on the tree in a Falcon Ranchero. I'm not sure I
ever drove another car with three on the tree.

Robby,
As someone (of many thousands probably) who drove both the '60s Falcon and
Corvairs I can say I respect the Falcon for being a very successful
automobile and both are worth owning. My Grandfather and uncle both had
Falcons
and one of the cars I learned to drive with was a Falcon. But only the
Corvair was worth driving in my experience both then and now. You got a
nicer
interior for the money in the Falcon, but there was no comparison when it
came to handling, braking, looks and fun on the road.
