<VV> MONTHLY CORSA COLUMN? 140 secondary carbs?

are newsletter editors supposed to automatically get a "CORSA" column  
monthly , or do we just plug / fill  up the holes sometimes? about when  should 
we expect them?
 
i am putting together a 4 carb motor (not 140 but close)
i wonder what the guru's are using for secondary carbs?  i am using  
correct 140 secondary tops on 61 bottoms with 140 throttle shafts. i wanted idle  
circuits without "wasting" better , more popular carbs.
i would think 4 primary carbs  (with pumps etc working) might be a  touch 
much on THIS setup.
i will post pictures and  plenty more about this motor  when i  get a 
little further into it.  
so far , it looks very good.  hope it runs that good.
