<VV> needle screw

The '65 shop manual says to start at 1 1/2 turns out from "lightly seated", then adjust from there, I think using a vacuum gauge.  I ended up at about 2 turns out on the wagon with its '64 carbs, the alcohol based fuels run a little lean.
