<VV> Diagnosing / fixing loose steering on 1967 Monza

That seems to look like the steering box is needing attention, hopefully
just lash ?

I did notice wet oil on lower end of steering box shaft though, which is not
good, I'm thinking ?

 Not good..but not that big of a deal... it's thick and goey...  will take a lone time to dry out....  you can replenish easily..


  Adjust the "lash / freeplay"


Pull the plastic plug in the trunk  and with the wheels centered...  adjust per your manual.
