The installer bled the system twice before buttoning up. I'll bleed them 
again this weekend and see if that corrects the issue.

Tony,  you stated it too both FEET  pressing HARD  on the pedal to make it stop NOW..


IF you had a bleeding problem... the pedal would go to the Floor...and be soft!
