<VV> Arcing brake shoes

The only shops that might have a brake shoe arcing machine and either still 
use it or maybe have someone old enough to remember how to use it, are older 
shops that do truck brake shoes. Essentially the brake shoe is placed on a 
swivel and it rotates about a rotating vertical sanding drum, like in wood 
working. The diameter of inside of drum is set and the shoe is moved back 
and forth on the fixture, grinding it down to match the desired radius.
