Depending on just where he is in SoCal, LS Corvair in Harbor City (far  
south side of L.A.) or California Corvairs in Chino would be the best bet; or 
if  he needs someone to instll the part, Dave Statland's Mobile Corvair 
Service  is an excellent choice. (He'll bring his B/W FC truck to your door.)
