it looks like a Ford unit (bendix) to me.  it probably is aftermarket  . i 
have a lot of early car radio info here from my days repairing them under  
factory warranty...(1965-77 or more)
if there is a number on the side of it , i can probably look it up in my  
service literature.
the output transistors are NOT delco. they look like bendix or tenna  parts.
