What sort of date codes are you finding on the Hankooks?  The freshest ones 
two of five that I purchased last week) were manufactured the 36th week of 
09 and two others (of same five) were from the 7th week of "09 (well over a 
ear old).

e've sourced sets of the Hankook 13" whitewall tires three times this past 
onth with no problems. However, the brand selection for 13"s has declined 
o much over the past few years it's pretty obvious they would soon 
isappear from the market. Seems like cheap blackwall 13" tires are still 
lentiful though.
