<VV> wheel size question

Good point Matt, it's the overall diameter at the outer edge of the the tire that matters.  However, there are basic limits to how tall a 13" or 14" tire will go to fit a Vair, right?
 
I mean, you wouldn't put huge Mud Duel tires on the car, even if they fit 14" rims.  At least I wouldn't anyway.
 
The Tech Guide has useful effective ratios based on different tire sizes.

  Nope!!    Wheel size has nothing to do with  it!   It's the TIRES!!


You can buy 13" tires that are 25" tall [ diameter]


You can buy 20"  tires that are only 23" tall...
