But what is learned can be passed on to the next group taking on the task. Our annual Peoples Choice Show is almost put on by itself. Only tweaks deal with venue and how many volunteers we get. Not reinventing the wheel as it were.

Hang on Ron ... there are LOTS of 'atta boys' for those of us that have put on conventions.  BUT, little is learned from discussing what went RIGHT!  Forearming those to come with what went WRONG will be far more fruitful in upcoming years.
