<VV> digest mode/Attachment names

If the admins are awake you should never get a whole digest reply.  We trap
and hold all messages with the digest subject line.  Also digests are larger
than 8K and will get held for being too large.  

I've been known to disposition held posts before coffee in the morning and
occasionally let a digest slip through.
