<VV> oil subject again

Today I attended a car show and a person was selling "Brad Penn" brand  
motor oil, which according to the rep, contained the oil additives needed for  
use with flat tappet engines, such as discussed on Virtual Vairs in  the 
past.  What he showed me was a synthetic blend 10-30.  Has anyone  used this
