In 2002 / Flagstaff  I took 2nd place in Specialty Class behind Warren LeVeque and  ahead of  Warren Coburn  and way faster than than ALL  the other HotDogs...
[ Smitty  was so  Confident  he was faster than me after my "Warmup lap"  ggggg


I never attended the Banquet...  let my 2 chapters fight over  who picked up the plaque...


I was off to Laughlin, NV....where friends were waiting... and proceeded to  win enough to pay for the next 3 convention trips... ggg


Upon our next Chapter meeting... I was handed a roughcut piece of plywood with Felt marker writing....


 The folks were bummed when I accepted it and said thanks for picking it up...  They said I was no fun!  LOL!
