Gotta say I like the 09 Malibu body styling, at least in comparison of most
of GM's efforts recently. Deliberately smashing a '59 Bel Air, however, is
almost a felony in my book.
Some people that stop to look at my 65 Corsa vert remember Corvairs from
'back when', and are taken aback at how large they now look compared to what
passes for a mid-to-large size car these days. As they remember it, the
Corvair was more of a compact car. Considering the size of a 59 Bel Air, I
see their point.
