Looks pretty darn good to me.  If the length is off, I'm not sure where. 
Possibly, the "pucker" for the spare tire is missing on the model and that 
would make the bed seem longer.  Here are a couple of real ones for 
comparison.  The blue one is mine and the brown one belongs to Jim McDonald 
of Indiana.
