<VV> 110 PG with rough idle and wanting to stall at stops

Did you replace the two rubber hoses in the main fuel line (one at each end) 
with modern ones?  Possibly one or both are beginning to disintegrate and 
putting junk in your carbs.  Did it feel as if it were running on only three 
cylinders at times?  That would be a real strong clue.
