Tabbed Browsing what the heck is that?
Hey WorldWideWeb has worked fine for me since 1991 why should i update 
to anything else its just all that dazzle and glitz you young punks 
want.

You have at least Internet Explorer 4.0?

   You can select  "open a new window"  or TILE  windows,  in Internet 
Options.

  The Fancy new Dazzle Software is FREE!.....

IE,  FireFox [ Mozilla] and Chrome  all have Tabbed Browsing 
standard....
