<VV> Mystery wires

While re-installing the instrument cluster in my 65 Corsa convertible, I’ve come across two wires that seem to go nowhere.  Or at least I can’t figure out where.  Emerging from the wire bundle which comes through the front fire wall on the side  are two wires attached to a ‘T’ shaped plastic connector.  One off the connector’s slots is empty.  One wire is green/white and the other is black/red.  The wires are relatively short which limits where they might connect.

Looking at Figures 40 (page 12-190 and Figure 42 (page 12-20) (Item 11) in the 65 shop manual leads me to believe these wires go to a warning buzzer.  However, I can’t find any such buzzer.
