Quite an eclectic mix of cars. Among them, a 215-V8 Monza
convertible. A 1969 Monza convertible. A customized '65 Corsa
coupe. A street Stinger. An Aztec Bronze '66 Monza coupe. No early
models at all, but a Greenbrier factory camper and a Rampside.

A woman living only seven miles from the campground stopped by with
her Corvair and joined our potluck dinner. In contrast to her,
Smitty and Helen Smith came 400 miles from from Virginia. Towing
their well-known camping trailer (with their lesser-known late-model Impala).

Allen Bristow brought his Greenbrier on a trailer behind the World's
Largest Pickup Camper on a Dodge Diesel. The Greenbrier became the
group transport for a Saturday lunch trip.

A gentleman living roughly 30 miles away came by with a carload of
Corvair parts that he wished to sell, no longer owning any
Corvairs. He sold quite a bit of it, including some nice NOS pieces.

Miserable rainy weather Friday, drizzly weather Saturday,
bee-yoo-ti-ful weather Sunday. Nice tour Sunday to the Eagle's Mere
Air Museum, where the newest airplane was built in 1944 and the
oldest one in 1917. The 1944 Stearman was rolled out, checked out,
fired up and flown for our entertainment.

Great potluck dinner Saturday evening then marshmallow-toasting
around the campfire until the rain returned. You think the
local-membership / CORSA-membership debate was spirited? Try the
how-to-toast-a-marshmallow discussion!

As always, fine hospitality from campground owners (and Corvair
owners) Ray and Kathy Coker.
