<VV> Corvair chapter thrown out

If memory serves from when I was on the BOD, new or special interest groups
had to be 100% but I'm probably wrong. Perhaps they can get their charter
back if they ask ?

Kinda like shutting down car dealerships because the manufacturer
can't sell enough cars...
It would seem that perhaps CORSA should reconsider the mandated
membership numbers in local chapters in order for them to qualify as
a CORSA chapter.
