<VV> manditory membership

And you were the last member of the BoD with a spine working for reform?
Personally, I could care less about "extending my term." I would be happy
to lose an election, just because it means it was a contested one. I
certainly haven't made many friends with my fellow board members and have argued
with nearly all of them.

Actually, Ned, I did press for 100% CORSA membership when I was on the
CORSA Board. I pressed for several other reforms as well, but as the record
shows, I was rarely in the majority with my views. The board I served on
was more interested in extending their own terms than in reform.

I'm on the CORSA BOD and I'm not spineless and don't like being grouped
into generalities like that. I won't be as politically correct as Jason
was.
I feel that you complainers are the spineless ones. It's real easy to sit
in front of your computer and complain that the BoD are all spineless. You
have no idea what goes on with the BoD until you are on the BoD. I can
tell
you it is certainly no picnic. Bill Hubble, you were on the BoD. Why
didn't
you press for 100% membership then? I guess it's easier to blame it on
corruption. If you think you can do a better job that the current BoD,
not
away like Hank, run for the BoD. Make CORSA the club you think it should
be.
When was the last time we had a contested BoD race? Was it two years ago
or
three? I wish you all luck!
Ned
