<VV> Mandatory Membership and BoD: A Proposal

Perhaps, in the next Board of Directors election, candidates could state  
their position in regard to mandatory Corsa membership for members of local  
clubs.  Perhaps, as a result of this issue coming to the forefront, we'll  
have fewer unopposed candidates.  Perhaps, as a result of the controversial  
nature of this issue, we'll have more ballots mailed in.
