<VV> Corsa outside the USA

We lived in Japan for 4 years and I got the Communiqué as regular as clockwork -- more dependable delivery than here in the states.  I did have to pay extra for foreign airmail.

I would think that most CORSA membership inquiries from the other side of 
the world, these days, come through the internet.

In that manner, they have access to the online version of the Communique 
through the CORSA site.

If they want a mailed version too, I don't want to speak out of turn, but I 
suppose those arrangements could be made,
as long as the remote member was willing to pay for any extra postage and 
handling.
