<VV> 13" Minilite lookalikes

Interesting wheels!  I don't think I would mount 10 plus year old tires though.  Even if he doesn't see any sign of dry rot they are very likely to have deteriorated to the point of being a huge safety issue waiting to happen.  Good post and I hope someone takes a look at those wheels.
