<VV> Hurt feelings.........TOO BAD

Of course, if the proud owners of Trabants and other fine collectibles want to chime in then they are free to do so. :-) Corvairs are genuinely American in their origin and the fact that our extreme left leaning government has done its dead level best to obliterate American industrial might irks us all. Corvairs represented the pinnacle of American ingenuity and technical prowess and we are all proud of that as we are proud to keep these nifty little cars rolling on. The outsourcing of parts is a sad commentary but bears no reflection on the enthusiasm every Corvair owner brings to the table. In my book, anyone who takes the time to appreciate the Corvair is a fellow Corvair enthusiast. Period. Anyone who takes offense at the neutering of American industrial might should take that issue up with their elected representatives by virtue of showing them the door. What we need is an open referendum on term limits, give away programs and keeping American jobs here....for legitimate Americans.
