<VV> Very slow messages on VV

You are posting from a non-member account, and your mail is being held  
until one of us approves it.  I just added you to the allowed non- 
member list, but the simple way to avoid this when using a new account  
is to add yourself to the list and set the subscription to "no mail".

BTW, this sort of message is what vv-help is for.
