Take a few minutes to check the plenum for leaks ... water, even a small amount, entering at that location can end up on the dimmer switch causing premature failure.

Chuck suggested looking at the headlight dimmer switch, and that solved the
problem with the headlights not turning on.

Jason and Matt suggested looking at the harness that passes through the
³firewall² into the trunk. Turns out that connection was loose and proper
contact wasn¹t being made in the harness, which solved the problem with the
parking lights and the left turn signal
