That ones easy to give an alternative version for -- the original
wiring harness was defective and replaced under waranty, probably about
1963

There are really a myriad of differences between a 60 and a 61 -- really
little things, as well as the stuff one can notice -- tail lights, rear
view mirrors, inside and out, exhaust, badging, trim, upholstery, rear
package deck area, battery NOT in the left wheel well, manual choke
(holes where it was removed), rear grill, knobs inc turn signal arm,
interior shape of trunk, rear motor mount, aluminum 3-speed if so
equipped, and everything that has already been mentioned, except the
wheels are the same., and both cars could have heater deletes, or the 61
could have a gas heater as an option. Remember, anything that bolts,
screws, or fastens to the body can be unscrewed, unfastened, or unbolted
and replaced by other parts by the factory or anybody else.

The VIN plate in the door frame is held on by two spot welds, not pop
rivets.
