 That statement is a can of worms. My last motor (with detailed invoice) 
that was rebuilt by someone else has a new Cam, Lifters, Screw Set Cam Gear, 
Main& Rod Bearing, Valves, Valve Seats, Pistons, Piston Rings, etc...
 Without the docs, you may have something as simple as a ring job, valve job 
and a reseal... Mike

....... and do not forget the not so rare dropping valve seat ... unless it 
was built by a very well known corvair doctor, You might as well figure on a 
thousand bucks for valve seat damage in the not too future days ...   I am 
thinking about weld-up, knurled over, cross pinned and triple sunk set 
screws on my next job.   sigh....
