<VV> Viewing .bin

I am using Firefox 3.5.5

Going to the link opens Firefox  with the window "Opening Attachment 
.bin". Open with  or Save. If I choose open with Firefox, it just opens 
another tab with the same window. If I choose "open with IE", IE opens 
and displays the picture fine.

Time for another version of Firefox?
