<VV> Can anyone tell me where the vin plate is on the FCs and the pickups?

I'm looking for info for our newsletter and I'm having trouble finding  
where the vin plates are for those models.

I understand t hat there are hidden vin plates on the corvairs also.  
Is this correct?
