Back off the locator (tapered) screw and locking nut on the outside of the
casting - below the pump.
Disconnect (at the pump) the main line from the tank (the left one).
Lift (pull up) on the pump until it clears the housing - don't disconnect
the lines to the carbs.
Unscrew the "T" connection to the pump by turning the pump itself.
Reverse this to install the replacement.
Don't use any Teflon anywhere.
