JR,

Rasmussen does phone interviews.  You don't call them, they call you so 
more than likely, approximately the same percentage of collector car people in 
the general population is the same percentage that they contacted.

What that means is that we need to be more vocal than the average person.  
This is especially the case with state and federal legislators.  This issue 
keeps coming up and now that the Feds are on it and they at least want to 
appear to be proactive about fuel efficiency and pollution, they will want to 
push something like this whether it makes sense or not.

Let them know how you feel and let other collectors know what is happening.
