<VV> Address Needed

Hi all,
I need some help.  Yesterday I received a check for $20 from a company that does checks for people.  It is for $20 for the purchase of Raffle Car Tickets.  However there is no address other then the company who sent the check for me send send the tickets stubs to.
Does anyone know of: Fred W. & Karen C Johnson?
