<VV> VIN Locations vary

The VIN is on the left side frame rail for earlys, the right side
frame rail for lates. In both cases the front crossmember has to be
dropped to see the numbers. The FC's is on the bottom of the left
frame rail about 6-8" forward of the "boomerang" and can be seen by
just scraping the crud off the rail.
