I wouldn't worry about it.
most of these motor "tune up" chemical elixers are pretty much brake fluid,
and may expand the seals, make them seal better, probably won't hurt a
thing.
It was only a little, not a full resovoir.
Now if on the other hand, you had put power steering fluid in the master
cylinder. Then you would have to replace the master cylinder, wheel
cylinders, and calipers, or at least re-build them and thouroughly flush
the system

The fluids are incompatible!
I don't know how long or if the system will fail with the amount you added.
It's best to flush it now.

Past Sunday, early in the morning, while checking fluids on my wife's
car (Ford KA), I added some brake fluid (about 2 ounces) but... after using
it
for some 140 miles, noticed that I added it to the power steering
reservoir. Do
I need to empty all the power steering system and refill with the right
fluid
or... ?
