<VV> Brake Fluid in power steering

The fluids are incompatible!
I don't know how long or if the system will fail with the amount you added.
It's best to flush it now.

   Guys,
   Past Sunday, early in the morning, while checking fluids on my wife's
car (Ford KA), I added some brake fluid (about 2 ounces) but... after using it
for some 140 miles, noticed that I added it to the power steering reservoir. Do
I need to empty all the power steering system and refill with the right fluid
or... ?
