<VV> Brake fluid on power steering (NO CORVAIR)

   Guys,
   Past Sunday, early in the morning, while checking fluids on my wife's car (Ford KA), I added some brake fluid (about 2 ounces) but... after using it for some 140 miles, noticed that I added it to the power steering reservoir. Do I need to empty all the power steering system and refill with the right fluid or... ?
