     The best and cheapest place that I have found is J C Whitney.  Go to their website and they have several different grades of "weatherproofness" and expense.  They have patterns and can make a cover for virtually any car.  I currently have a 72 Nova, a 56 Tradesman station wagon, and a 67 Corvette coupe stored under such covers in car ports.  Of course, I'm not worried about the paint on any of them as they are all project cars.
