Yes, filtered fuel, downstream from the fuel return line, plus it tucks away behind the air cleaner providing a clean look.  It's also easy to adjust, but I doubt you will need to after initial setup.

    Common sense tell me that installing the pressure regulator after the filter should be best as cleaner fuel will be passing thru the regulator.
