I would rather not loose MY classic than be the test case. My classic may
not be your classic. Aw shucks, that was just a $50,000 invested hot rod
project. It wasn't a restored to stock classic! The old car guys must stand
up in the beginning, as they are vastly outnumbered.

 Got any evidence of these horror stories? And how often has this happened? 



Get a couple of classics destroyed, and you KNOW all the car guys in that
state will be on a massive letter writing campaign, picketing DMV, sitting
on the steps of the courts and the legislatures, etc.
