<VV> convertible rear seat

Instead of starting with an unobtainium late model rear convertible seat
and trimming, start with an early coupe seat and trim the springs to fit.
Some welding may be required, but I have done this to convert late 2 dr
seats to fit late convertibles.

I have never tried to fit an early conv. seat into a late conv. According
to some on this forum, the late will reject the early part. ggg
