<VV> Front hubs

I could probably just try it to find out, but, is there any reason why
late Corvair 5-stud front hubs won't fit 1964 spindles?  I realize the
LF spindle on lates has a speedo hole but will the bearings fit OK?  My
new V8 Corvair still has 4-stud hubs and 13" wheels.  It does look like
the builder put heavy duty springs on the front (fortunately) but I
would like to go to disc brakes eventually.
