   July,  69... out of the Army 7 months, living & working in Santa 
Barbara, Ca....  all the big Brass from Vandenburg AFB lived nearby...  
The town was on it's feet! We knew what was happening.!   All, I had 
then was a Vair dunebuggy.

I can remember looking up at the Moon that evening trying to imagine 
what it was like to be there..
