I didn't get to the I 95 until I got to Jacksonville. But I was looking for any Vairs and haven't seen one yet except for my '69 Convert. #2891. I left Durango Wednesday afternoon about 5PM and got to Witchita Falls,Texas at about 11 AM Thursday and called it a "nite". Ambient temp. at 11 AM was 105. Left there about 10 PM and got to Talahassee at about 2 PM Friday and called it a "day/nite" there. Got to Jax today Saturday about 3 PM and will be checking in tomorrow at the Windham, Jax. Total miles are right about 1900 averaging 24 mpg. I have added 1.5 quarts of oil but nothing else.

>Smitty Says; Cliff I am so sorry to hear that you are competing for that award. I might have stayed home if I had known earlier. With my years of experience in proving I can break anything on 4 wheels no matter how well prepared, You ain't got a chance buddy.
>Encouragement takes too much effort. I can stop and offer advice though. Advise is easy. I have so much of it because nobody ever takes any from me. Heading South on I-95 from Tidewater Sun Morning.
